MaxiSpin Withdrawal Guide: Limits, Times and Verification
MaxiSpin pays out by bank transfer or crypto, A$250–650 per transaction and up to A$3,500 a day. Review sources put processing at about 3 hours to 3 days, and the account has to be verified before the first payout.
Putting money into MaxiSpin is the easy part. Getting it back out involves more: documents checked before the first cash-out, only two payout methods, a cap on each request and another on the whole day. Each rule affects when a win lands in your account, so learn them while the balance is still small. Anyone still weighing up the casino itself can start with our MaxiSpin casino summary, which covers the games and bonuses.
MaxiSpin withdrawal methods and limits
Reviews list only two withdrawal options: bank transfer and crypto. The deposit side is wider and takes cards, e-wallets, vouchers and crypto. Even if you top up with a card, an e-wallet or paysafecard, winnings come back by bank transfer or to a crypto wallet in your own name, so sort those details out before the first request.
Every request has to sit between A$250 and A$650, and the day's total can't go past A$3,500. Bigger balances are still paid in full. They just leave in several pieces and, once they're above A$3,500, over more than one day.
MaxiSpin withdrawal limits
Small balances run into the A$250 floor. A balance under it can't be withdrawn as a request of its own, and when a larger sum is split, the final piece must reach A$250 too. Take A$700, which can't go out as A$650 plus A$50. It works as A$450 and A$250, or as two requests of A$350.
With the account in AUD (USD and EUR are offered as well), no currency conversion sits between your balance and an Australian bank. Ask your bank whether it charges anything on incoming money before you confirm a payout, and allow for a network fee on crypto transfers. The deposit half of the cashier, including the A$25 minimum on cards and e-wallets and A$100 on crypto, is covered in our guide to depositing in AUD.
How long a MaxiSpin payout takes
MaxiSpin doesn't publish one withdrawal time, and review sources don't agree on it. Processing is quoted anywhere from about 3 hours up to 3 days, plus bank or network time, and 3 hours is the quickest end of that spread.
The quoted window covers only the casino's side, from your request to approval. Once the money has left MaxiSpin, the bank or blockchain takes over and works to its own schedule. Four stages make up a full payout:
- Request. In the cashier, pick bank transfer or crypto and enter an amount between A$250 and A$650.
- Verification. MaxiSpin checks your documents ahead of the first payout. A request made before anything is uploaded stops here.
- Processing. This is the part quoted at about 3 hours to 3 days.
- Delivery. The receiving bank, or the crypto network for coin payouts, moves the funds on its own timetable.
Crypto players should copy the address straight from their wallet app and double-check the network before confirming, because coins sent to the wrong address or network usually can't be recovered. For planning, work from the slow end: 3 days of processing, then your bank's time on top.
MaxiSpin verification before your first cash-out
KYC (know your customer) checks come before MaxiSpin's first payout to you. Their job is to prove that the account, and the bank account or wallet receiving the money, belong to the same person who made the request. Why licensed operators do this at all is explained on our page about the casino's KYC and AML policy.
Have these three documents ready:
- a bank statement with your name and address clearly visible;
- a utility bill dated within the past 30 days;
- photo ID in the form of a valid driver's licence, passport or ID card.
When players complain about MaxiSpin payouts, the usual story is a document request that turns up after a win and holds the money until the check clears. Getting KYC done before there's anything to withdraw removes that wait. A few habits help the upload pass first time:
- Upload the lot soon after you register. For anyone without an account yet, the MaxiSpin sign up process takes a few minutes, and the documents can go in straight after.
- Scan or photograph every document edge to edge, so nothing is cropped, no glare covers the text and each line can be read.
- Use exactly the same name on your MaxiSpin profile, your ID, the statement and the bank account that will receive the money. Even a dropped middle name or a nickname can hold up a request.
- Check that the address in your profile matches the bill and the statement, and change the profile first if you've moved house.
- Watch the 30-day limit on the bill. One that was acceptable last month can be out of date now, so upload the newest you have.
Cashing out a bigger win
Large wins slow down at the MaxiSpin cash-out limit. Work out the number of requests by dividing the win by A$650 and rounding up, and check that the last request still comes to at least A$250. The number of days then follows from the A$3,500 daily cap.
| Win | Transactions at A$650 | Days at A$3,500 | How it splits |
|---|---|---|---|
| A$1,000 | 2 | 1 | A$650 + A$350 |
| A$3,500 | 6 | 1 | 5 × A$650 + A$250 |
| A$10,000 | 16 | 3 | 15 × A$650 + A$250 |
A$1,000 leaves in two requests on a single day. A$3,500 fills the daily limit exactly, with five requests at A$650 (A$3,250) and one at A$250. For A$10,000 you need sixteen requests, which the daily cap spreads across three days. The neatest split is A$3,500 on day one (those same six requests), followed by five requests of A$650, or A$3,250, on day two and again on day three. Maxing out every day at the full A$3,500 would cost you an extra request, seventeen in all.
Processing then comes on top. Suppose the last A$3,250 is requested on day three and approval takes the full 3 days at the slow end of the quoted range: that final part might only be approved around day six, before bank or network time. On a win this size, ask live chat before the first request whether the daily limit resets at midnight or runs on a rolling 24 hours, and whether several requests can be queued at once.
Bonus money and withdrawals
Each tier of the welcome offer comes with a 45x playthrough and 7 days to finish it. Until that target is met, assume the bonus funds and anything they win stay locked out of the cashier. Our page on bonus wagering rules works through every tier.
Say you deposit A$100 at the A$75 tier. The 150% match gives you A$150 in bonus funds. If only the bonus counts towards wagering, that means A$6,750 in bets (A$150 × 45), or roughly A$964 a day over the 7 days. Should the current terms count the deposit too, the target climbs to A$11,250 (A$250 × 45). Bet size is also capped low during wagering, and the current T&Cs give the exact figure.
- With a bonus still running, ask support before any withdrawal what happens to the bonus and its winnings, since some casinos cancel an active bonus once you cash out.
- Expect to withdraw soon after depositing? Ask live chat before you pay whether that deposit can be played without the bonus.
- After wagering is complete, the usual limits take over: a A$250 minimum and A$650 maximum per request, and A$3,500 a day.
Why a MaxiSpin withdrawal can sit in pending
A pending request is waiting for approval, and that's normal within the quoted 3 days. When it stays pending longer, the cause is usually something on the account that you can put right:
- Unfinished KYC. The request stays on hold until you replace a missing document, a blurry photo or a utility bill more than 30 days old.
- Wagering still open. An active bonus still needs to reach its 45x target.
- Name mismatch. Your account, your ID and the receiving bank account show different names, which happens when a payout is sent to a partner's account, for example.
- Address mismatch. The bill or bank statement carries an address that differs from your profile.
- Amount outside the limits. Anything below A$250, above A$650 or pushing the day past A$3,500 won't go through as entered.
Live chat is usually the quickest way to an answer. Give the amount and the time you made the request, ask which check is still open, then send whatever is missing through the channel support points you to and keep a copy of the chat. For a problem that drags on over several days, email works better, since every reply stays on record. How payouts feed into our overall score is covered in our honest MaxiSpin review.
MaxiSpin withdrawal FAQ
How long does a MaxiSpin withdrawal take?
Quoted processing times run from about 3 hours up to 3 days. After approval, the money still has to travel through your bank or the blockchain at their pace. A first withdrawal also waits for account verification, so get your documents in early.
What is the maximum withdrawal at MaxiSpin?
A$650 per request, with the daily total capped at A$3,500. Larger wins are paid in parts, so A$10,000 goes out in 16 requests spread over 3 days.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
A$250 per request. A balance below that can't be cashed out, and if you split a bigger amount, the final request also has to reach A$250.
Which documents do I need to verify?
Photo ID (a passport, an ID card or your driver's licence), plus a utility bill no older than 30 days and a bank statement that carries your name and address. MaxiSpin reviews them before your first withdrawal.
Why is my MaxiSpin withdrawal pending?
Pending is normal inside the quoted 3 hours to 3 days. Longer waits usually trace back to incomplete verification, a name or address that differs from your documents, or bonus wagering still in progress. Ask live chat or email support which check is outstanding.
